We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 - 5 working days however please check below for a guideline on when to expect your order. (If you need your order under the advised times below, please contact us to check availability, we'll do our best to help!)

Mugs: 2 - 5 working days

Engraved Gifts: within 2 - 5 working days

We dispatch by Royal Mail delivery to all UK addresses. Transit time is usually 1 - 3 days.

We are happy to deliver worldwide. When you place an order, your delivery cost is calculated for you at the checkout and you can choose the delivery method most convenient for you. Please note international deliveries may incur further postage costs based on the final weight and size of the packed order. We will contact you directly before your order is dispatched if further postage costs are required. Unfortunately we cannot calculate this until your order has been placed and packed.

We want you to be completely delighted with your order from us however if you are not fully satisfied or have had a change of mind, just let us know.

If you wish to return your order, or your parcel arrives damaged or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt through our quick contact form or through your order history available to view on your account . Please note that all items should be returned within 20 days of receipt in a resaleable condition. Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned to us. If there has been an error made by us on your personalised or made-to-order item or it is found to be faulty at all we will resolve this with you immediately and organise any returns and replacement to you.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
